First review I've written. I generally think they are bogus. However, Clement was very helpful and did exactly what I needed done as far as somewhat customizing a report. Very good app!

I have just started using Better Reports, only a few days, and right off the bat I had to have some fields modified for what I was looking for. Clement was immediately on top of it. He preformed the changes in no time, and his level of customer support has far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Better Reports! It is much more detailed and efficient than Shopify's reports.

This is an amazing app that picks up where Shopify reporting leaves off, the ability to customize the reports is so important to our business. The support is FANTASTIC than you for all your help Clement. I would give it 10 stars if I could !!

Clement is incredibly helpful. This App is terrific for reporting and scheduling automatic reports, particularly if you are on the Shopify Advanced plan.

I wish all of the other app support would be as great as this. This provides all the reports we need and then some! Anytime I have any questions or concerns or requests for custom reporting they have always been very attentive.They have always made my custom reports pretty quickly. I would definitely recommend Better Reports.

The reporting we've been searching for! Been trying to find out how to create a Sell Thru report to help with planning future seasons, and this app is the one to do it! There are so many reporting options in here, and when we struggled to put our custom reports together, Clement sorted it out for us very quickly. Great customer service and a great app.

Custom report created in minutes thanks to Support. Provides me with the detailed reports that Shopify fails to provide. It has opened up several new marketing opportunities in its 1st day. At this point - would highly recommend the product.

Even though they don't have tutorials on how-to's for this app, it's very self explanatory and if I have any questions, the customer service is QUICK and the instructions are easy to follow. There are SO many options for the types of reports you can view, along with even creating a custom report. I decided to get this app instead of upgrading my Shopify membership and I'm so happy that I did. It's much more cost effective, while allowing me to analyze my sales in order to drive more sales and continue to make money. Love this app! Highly recommend it.

I'm fairly new to Shopify, but I'll share that Better Reports works. Its intuitive and accurate. It is one of the apps I've tried that actually does what it says it does. Well designed. It works for you and does not make you work for it.

This app and the support Celement provides has been amazing. I have both an online and retail store using Shopify and this has made inventory management so much easier and transparent. Im excited to explore all of the other standard and customizable report options.

This is a must have app. The name can be misleading that it is limited to reporting. However, with the flexibility to add reports to Google docs and building work flows based on that is just amazing. Clement, Founder of the app is super quick with replies and extra flexible. The pricing is quite reasonable and I would highly recommend the app.

Wow! So amazing! So many reports right at your fingertips! Clement is the best! So quick and responsive and helpful with custom reports! We have been trying to find a program to pull our sell-thru reports easily, Better Reports is it!

Better Reports has been awesome and SO useful at a reasonable price. The customer support has been wonderful and speedy as well. I can't thank Clement and his team enough. They are always up to the challenges their customers are faced with, are willing to collaborate with other App vendors, and have a natural curiosity that will only lead to their continued success!

Jaw dropping service. Ridiculously competent, personal service. Every single request I have thrown at Clement has come back with a fast reply with the answers I needed. Reports are created to spec or he will show you what you need to do for future reference to create your own report. I have just created a table of sale per product within each vender showing sales throughout the year on a monthly basis - how incredible? This is perfect for seeing sale trends and future stock planning. Amazing. I have been using Shopify for years and have been through SO many apps for reporting. The combination of human availaibility and solid coding/reporting is a perfect match. Hopefully the $149 will pay for itself each month in wise stock choices and sales growth.

The single most important plugin for shopify, these reports are fantastic!The level of detail is fantastic! I highly recommend this plugin, if you are making sales and need to really look at what is selling and how! I love this app worth every penny what it can do with data is amazing
