Dev was very responsive and created two custom reports for me in the first days of my trial. The app really helps fill a gap in Shopify’s basic plan where reports are largely withheld.

Fantastic app and support. Clement built a custom report for me and made tweaks as I requested. This app. especially comes in handy if you're using the product customizer app. Highly recommended app!

Easy exporting of customer email per product for upsells etc. I couldn't figure out how to do it myself but app developer responded within the hour with the report option created for me in my dashboard. Recently I needed to generate sales tax reports per item for a quarter in 2020 for my state sales tax amended return. Their support created the report for me, and now it's just one link away in my dashboard. They consistently get back and generate the reports you need! If I could rate this 10/5 stars I would

I can't recommend Better Reports enough. The app works perfectly and the customer service is absolutely fantastic. Clement made some customizations to the app to better meet our specific needs so we can generate a very specific report, saving us loads of administrative hours. Thank you!!!

Just getting started so I will post an update after I have made a few reports, but so far it is great. Downloaded all my stats easily and basic reports are excellent!

Can I rate it 10 stars? This, by far, is one of the most intuitive, robust apps I have every used in Shopify after developing four sites for various clients. While there are dozens of thoughtful, well designed, pre-made reports included, the real beauty of this product is the custom report function. I can't say enough about the flexibility and ease of use. All of the data is there, including original order-level line item data. Creating reports is as simple as drag and drop and you can create a variety of report types including matrix and charts. The customer service is unparalleled and when I identified a need, it was incorporated in the the app by the next day. His email said it had value for all his clients so he was happy to get it done quickly. Now that, is service. If you are concerned about the cost of the app I can tell you from experience it is far more powerful than the custom report function Shopify offers in its $299/mo version...so go for the lower version of Shopify and supplement it with this app...it is worth it! I truly can't say enough good things about Clement and his team. Not only were they extremely responsive and helpful, but they took our honest feedback and even incorporated our request into their app. This is outstanding. We requested a feature and just a few days later, they added it. Truly incredible support and friendly service. True professionals that care about customer service. I firmly recommend BetterReports as it has now become an essential part of our daily workflow and reporting system. Thank you!
