I love better reports! The custom reporting is super intuitive, and the help team has been incredibly responsive and fast in adding unique fields. Ciara has been so helpful and kind. I now use BetterReports for two of the business I manage, and I will be recommending BetterReports to anyone using Shopify as the back end.

I would absolutely recommend this app! The customer service is amazing. If you don't see the report you are looking for, reach out to them and they will either walk you through on how to generate it or they will create it for you.

We operate our online cake sales through Shopify. The standard Shopify reports have very limited value for us because customers pay now for a cake that will be made in the future. We have one online store but two physical locations. Shopify assured me that reports by pickup location and reports by pickup date vs. order date are not possible. I tried a few reporting apps, and Better Reports exceeded all my expectations. Claudia created reports I thought were impossible. Every wild reporting request I threw at Claudia, she delivered faster than I could come up with more. She quickly identified issues and solutions, making the process seamless. Better Reports assists to utilize the Shopify data for production lists, delivery lists ,accounting entries, management reports, and much more. Absolutely 5 stars for customer service and an excellent, stable, and flexible product!

Fantastic app and support. I had a custom report I wanted to generate and I asked support. Claudia replied that she created the report for me. This report will save me about 4-5 hours of work a month. Highly recommend this app.

Great app that fills the gap where Shopify don't deliver. We use it for all the tax reports to get "Sales by shipping country".

Better Reports is super helpful in pulling customized reports which may be difficult to pull from just regular Shopify analytics!

This is by far the best reporting app out there! And don’t even get me started on the customer service—Keanna is amazing. She guided me through the entire process of creating and scheduling the report, making everything so much easier. Truly outstanding service!

The support team at BR was incredibly responsive and helpful. They just saved me hours (if not a few days) of work and opened my eyes up as to how to make very effective use of BR as a tool, as opposed to constantly struggling with Shopify reporting and endless Excel work. Thanks soo much!!!

At first it can seem daunting but once you get to grips with it, the information is very helpful and far better than the standard reporting in Shopify. The team are also always happy to help make custom reports for us and to help explain any reasons why we can't maybe get the exact data we need.

Sometimes I can't find what i'm looking for. Building your own reports is possible, but not the easiest. After reading through the reviews. I read the support can create almost anything for you. And yes for sure, they did that. Awesome and very quick support!
