BR ‑ Better Reports

Great app to have a better analysis of my sales. Vey recommended.

There is nothing better (pun intended) than Better Reports for truly unlocking all the data from your Shopify store. Need to breakdown sales by payment gateway? Done. Need to create a customer segmented order over time report? Done. There is a learning curve, and only thing I'd think would help would be a glossary or faq of what Shopify calls different fields as it's not straight forward what Shopify calls things and how it relates here on Better Reports but otherwise their support is always willing to help :) I've used this on every Shopify store I've owned or managed to get data for marketing reports, for our finance team, for tax reconciliation, and more!

In short: the app makes evaluating Shopify data much easier. There are lots of customizable templates to choose from, and if you need something special, the support team responds to your request extremely quickly. I highly recommend it!

Phenomenal experience with better reports. We were in the midst of a Sales and Use Tax audit from the state and the auditors were requesting very specific reports that I was worried I wouldn't be able to produce due to Shopify's limited reporting options. I was so thankful to find Better Reports because they were able to create the exact reports I was needing for the audit. This helped tremendously and may have even saved me some money as well. The team is extremely responsive when I had questions as well. A true 10/10 experience.

great service -quick and effective I described my complicated report and almost immediately it was in my email, made changes and there it was. My only complaint is its really complicated to do myself and the price $400 is really high when the competition is $50

The app can generate any report you could ever dream up and with the support teams help they can walk you through how to create any and all custom reports you want. I spent hours trying to figure out how to get Shopify to give me what I wanted and one email later to Better Reports it was done for me and it was exactly what I wanted!

Truly opens up the reporting capabilities of Shopify. The canned reports are extensive and the custom reporting capabilities are endless. And their support team is outstanding. Their responses are quick, and they have been most helpful.
