Honestly, the onboarding process was smooth sailing. What makes BIK truly exceptional is its unwavering dedication to customer satisfaction and responsiveness. The team is quick to update on issues and incredibly supportive in every aspect. Our point of contact, Akansh, does an excellent job and is prompt in addressing matters. During onboarding, we worked with Krishnakant, who was exceptionally patient throughout the process. Sudarshan has been instrumental in resolving daily support issues. The entire team is consistently available to assist. We're delighted to have joined such a cost-effective platform.

I am a BIK user on behalf of my brand The Yellow Dwelling and I'm firstly very happy with the commitment and professional service of the BIK team. Any marketing requirement is serviced innovatively with platform solutions. We sometimes find it hard to set up automation conditions ourselves. Flossy and team just get this done for us so quickly. The monthly support calls are very useful to understand how to use tool offerings correctly and adapt it to my marketing requirements. As a marketeer it is easy to segment, do exclusions and see analytics. I also find it trustworthy as the platform does not over attribute. all in all I recommend!
