We’ve been using BIK for more than 3 years now, and it has been a great platform for managing our day-to-day customer interactions. A few things I really appreciate: • The chat interface is smooth and easy to manage, irrespective of the communication channel. • The support team is dedicated, quick to respond, and always helpful whenever we have a requirement or face an unexpected issue. • Creating and modifying Journeys is simple. They have introduced several useful features over the past year and continue to improve the platform. • We also use their AI Chatbot and AI Voice features. The AI chatbot has been particularly helpful in handling customer interactions and can even take orders for our business. The chatbot does require proper initial training and the right information about your business, but the time invested is definitely worth it. You can also keep training and improving it based on actual customer conversations. The additional features BIK has introduced for the AI bot have made it even more convenient to manage. Overall, we’ve seen BIK evolve significantly over the years, and the continuous improvements and responsive support team are what make it a platform I’m happy to recommend.

The whatsapp failure rate seems higher on BiK than other apps, and the campaigns were not set up properly, it kept failing. While the idea of having all modes together is useful like whatsapp, email and Instagram — my experience was not good with BiK.

Bik automation is very helpful for automating WhatsApp, SMS, and email campaigns, bringing them all into one place. Sarangi is also very helpful when we're stuck while creating campaigns, and she even creates the campaigns on our behalf if we're unable to do so.
