More than 90% of our customer queries are handled by its AI Chatbots. Our Whatsapp campaigns are receiving more than 50x ROI, it has increased our lead captures have doubled via on-website gamification, this is an amazing platform with an excellent customer support team. I am quite amazed with the support and the speed of developments happening in BIK. You guys are listening to merchants and resolving pain points at break neck speeds. Kudos to your tech team and team in charge of passing feedbacks! Love the app and the automations it can do all uder 1 roof.

The team at Bik is very supportive and willing to help in every step. Multiple integrations made automations easier for us. They have great lead generation and gamification features. Bik also helped us fast track customer support which in turn helped enhance customer satisfaction.
