I signed up for a trial with Bing Shopping, expecting clear communication and fair billing. However, I only received an email three months later informing me that I had been paying for a 1,000-product plan, despite only having two products - which should have qualified for the free plan. At no point was I notified that I was being charged, nor was I given the opportunity to opt into a paid plan. To make matters worse, Shopify support keeps dodging responsibility by repeatedly telling me to "reach out" to the app developer and request a refund - when it is clear that the app did not follow its own rules in the first place. Instead of making customers jump through hoops to fix their mistakes, they should take accountability and issue refunds automatically when these errors occur. I have no interest in dealing with a company that operates like this. If you’re considering using Bing Shopping, beware of hidden charges and lack of transparency.
Hi Welsh Words, I believe we corresponded over email a few days ago. From our end, I can see that you installed and started using the app in December on our small plan- which allows for 1K items. We don't offer a free plan (although, that is a good suggestion! I'll add that to our roadmap). Could you please respond to our email so we can arrange a refund?

I have been asking for 3 days now to get some help and no reply from you. I need help with this or I will have to uninstall it. Is anyone there to help me set it up? I have most of the work done, but I need your help. Please???

Had trouble getting app to work Christopher offered to help gave him our Microsoft number plus sent a invite but never bothered to help us. So deleting this app due to can't get it to work and no support you can trust.

The support from Christopher was great. He made sure our conversion tracking was set up correctly and helped in setting up effective campaigns too. Its a 10/10 from us.

Terrible customer service, it is nonexistent! Emailed several times and no one is home to help! We were excited to use this app and the install is not easy as well as time consuming. Once the app is set up, we ran a campaign and still no ads running. As of now it is a total waste of time (5 days of set up with no help from the developer). We are uninstalling the app due to zero customer Service. What a shame! If someone helped and the ads worked - would have no issues paying for the app.
While we always aim to provide experienced advice as well as speedy response times, we fell short in this case. We reached out to reconnect, but we fully understand the Shopify Store Owner's disappointment with their experience. We've put some additional processing in place to prevent this from happening in the future.

This app (and more importantly the service provided by Christopher) is seriously some of the best I've seen from Shopify apps. Chris literally did everything for me to get our Microsoft ads up and running through this app. I downloaded it, emailed him, exchanged a few emails and boom. Next thing you know a lot of our products are on the front page of Bing. This service alone would normally cause north of $200.Highly recommend it.

I was having trouble with my initial Bing Shopping campaigns and reached out to their support and the Founder took the time to help me, which was unexpected and very much appreciated. He helped get me back on track and set up better shopping campaigns in my Microsoft ads account and now I'm making a few sales. Highly recommend Bing Shopping, they have high quality videos to get started and care about your success if you get stuck. Most companies just send you to an article but they actually care and help you. Bing/Microsoft is also a great company with great support so you'll be in good hands with advertising on Bing. 10/10!

Better customer service than most apps I pay a lot more for. Christopher and the team are outstanding, knowledgeable, patient, and looking out for my best interest. Nothing but good things to say- absolutely worth trying it out. You've nothing to lose and so much to gain. A+++

Christopher from Bing Shopping was amazing! He helped us set everything up and made sure that our shopping ad was set up correcting and working. He was in regular contact with me providing me with updates, answered all my questions and explained everything to so that I understood what he was doing. Amazing customer service and the app is awesome! I highly recommend it! Thanks Christopher for all your help!

THIS IS THE WORST APP AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I SERIOUSLY CAN NOT STAND HOW POOR IT WORKS AND HOW POOR THE SERVICE IS!

Great app to use if you want Bing to spider you site completely real quick. We used it on our Wrought Iron home and garden site https://wroughtironhaven.com/ and Bing spidered in a week!
