Been using BiteSpeed for a while now, had a few issues here and there, but the support team (especially Aditya) is always just a call away. Super helpful and quick to respond. Appreciate how hands-on they are with everything. Thanks.

Bitespeed is truly a must-have app for marketing. We just completed the trial and already subscribed to the their AI plan. We were juggling with multiple marketing apps for different channels & it as was a nightmare to manage. Bitespeed's onmichannel marketing across WhatsApp, email, SMS and Push, is taking the pain away for good. Their social media comment automation & personalized AI replies are another great feature we are exploring & this is already freeing up the team's bandwidth for more important customer communication. Now, you may find other player in market with more or less similar offerings, but what sets Bitespeed apart is the exceptional team & support. A special mention to Kaushambhi & Niharika for quick on-boarding & for guiding us at every step to make sure we get most out of the platform's potential. All in all, a highly recommended platform/app for anyone looking for an omnichannel solution for their marketing & efficient customer communication.

The team is extremely unprofessional and they will tell you something in the beginning while getting you onboard and completely changed their stance after having you onboard. Please stay away from them as far as possible. Please look at better solutions and not working with Bitespeed team.

We recently started using Bitespeed, and the experience so far has been great. The onboarding was smooth, and their team was super helpful in setting things up and guiding us through the best practices for email and SMS marketing. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, and the templates made it really simple to get started without too much tech effort. Looking forward to exploring more features and scaling our customer communication through the platform. So far, it’s been a solid addition to our D2C toolkit!
