Beware of these thieves! I had an absolutely terrible experience with BiteSpeed. They automatically debited money from my bank account without proper authorization, and when I reached out to them, they gave me nothing but false promises. They completely avoid taking responsibility for anything they claim they offer. Their "AI" services? Non-existent. I was sold on the idea of cutting-edge technology, but there was nothing delivered at all. I asked for a refund and, after months of follow-ups, they gave me a partial refund—hardly what I was promised. The whole process was frustrating, time-consuming, and they seem to have no interest in supporting their customers once they've signed you up. No one responds after the onboarding phase, and it's clear they just want your money. Save yourself the hassle and avoid these scammers at all costs!

HORRIBLE PEOPLE _ HORRIBLE PRODUCT! Thieves of the first order, take money money then misrepresent funds when you chase and chase and chase to take your own money back! Platform is good but the service is not. The team only focuses on onboarding new brands and once it is done they don't care even about the setups. Please be aware if you are using WhatsApp API service for the first time Bitespeed is not for you. Very painful service!!

Great product. Extremely poor support. Deadlines are never met — everything is delayed with no clear communication. The account manager keeps changing, so there’s zero continuity or ownership. No one takes responsibility, no one proactively guides you, and getting a response itself feels like a task. The product may be good , but if you can’t use it properly because there’s no support, guidance, or accountability, it becomes useless. After repeated follow-ups and escalating to multiple people, nothing changes.

We stopped using Bitespeed within just 15 days due to terrible service and complete lack of communication. We opted for a higher-tier plan that included a dedicated account manager, but despite multiple follow-ups over more than 10 days, no account manager was ever assigned. This was clearly communicated to their team, and even our POC was aware of the issue. After informing them multiple times that we had stopped using the product, we are still receiving invoices every month. On top of that, different people from their team keep calling, and every time we have to explain the same story again—yet no action is taken. There is no ownership, no coordination between teams, and no respect for customers’ time or money. This has been one of the worst SaaS experiences we’ve had. Would strongly advise businesses to think twice before opting for Bitespeed, especially their higher plans.

Hello Team Bitespeed, I own a perfume brand and applied for a demo three times but received no response. I also installed the Shopify app, but no onboarding call was scheduled. I tried calling the support numbers (switched off) and contacted chat support, which redirected me to WhatsApp, but there was still no response. Bitespeed Review: Extremely Disappointing Experience. I should have searched on Google "Bitespeed reviews" "Bitespeed complaints" We had a very poor experience working with Bitespeed and would strongly advise others to be cautious. At the time of onboarding, Bitespeed agreed to a platform fee of ₹13,000 per month. However, they signed us up with an automatic e-mandate without clearly explaining the deductions. From the beginning, execution was a problem. They committed to enabling a basic auto-reply chatbot within a day or two, but even after struggling with them for over two months, they failed to deliver this very basic setup. Due to their inability to complete the agreed work, we decided not to continue. Despite this, they deducted ₹26,000 for October and another ₹20,000 for November, which is far higher than the communicated amount. Ironically, even after deducting this money, their team kept reaching out to us claiming there were unpaid dues. When we escalated the issue, we were told that the previous dues were “waived off” and that if we gave them another chance, they would complete the pending work. We agreed in good faith, only to later realize that the funds had already been deducted through the e-mandate. There was no actual waiver. We repeatedly followed up with Prachi, Vidya, and Manav, but received no real support. Calls were not answered, responses were delayed or absent, and excuses like unavailability or sickness were common. Their consistent stance has been that no wrong deduction was made, which is simply not true based on the agreed terms and actual deductions. In total, ₹46,000 was deducted over two months instead of the ₹26,000 that was discussed and later agreed to be waived due to their non-performance. Even after nearly four months, the chatbot is still not active, deadlines were missed repeatedly, and we are still struggling for a refund. This experience shows poor communication, missed commitments, lack of accountability, and unethical billing practices. We regret choosing Bitespeed and would not recommend them based on our experience.

Hi, this is my Feedback after 3 months of using This App. Overall, the Service is pathetic. I recommend other Apps like Convert Way or Interakt over BiteSpeed. As these guys are doing Cheap Work in a High price. NO RESPONSE FROM KAM AND MANAGER NO HELP FROM THE TEAM JUST HIGH PRICE AND LOW RESULTS. I AM A USER OF CONVERTWAY AND WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING SUCH APPS WHICH WILL ASK YOU A LOW PRICE AND WILL GIVE YOU VALUE. BITESpeed has not Even Refunded my remaining amount in the Wallet, which is just a Few Dollars. Pathetic Team and Service. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING!

"UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE" Only the first few weeks were great then the entire team falls thru the cracks. They just care until you are onboard and when you have paid then they will not even bother to pick up your account. The main focus should be on customer retention and to convert it to sale. The customer journeys are never lookedafter once your account is old whereas it should be other way around and the cracks should be filled by addressing with the required strategy but not the case with BITESPEED. Invest your time and enrgy wisely so that your money is put at the right place. The Bitespeed team has been great to work with. They really understand eCommerce and helped us improve how we talk to our customers on WhatsApp. Their tools made it easy to recover abandoned carts and send personalized messages, which boosted our sales. What we liked most is how helpful and responsive their team is. They always made sure we had what we needed and were quick to support us. Notable work done by the POC we were assigned who goes by the name Ayush V.

I installed the app and it worked initially. However, after reinstalling WhatsApp Business (after being instructed to), I’ve been unable to re-register with my existing number for over 12 hours. I reached out to support but haven’t received any response. This is severely affecting my business as customers are unable to reach us.

Im not sure how this app got its 4.9 Reviews, it is so so so buggy, it has many things that needs fixing, we constantly faced conversations that disappear suddenly, conversations that do not reflect from the first place, failed product integrations for big inventories. Support is there, but its useless, if you have an issue, it goes through an entire investigation, escalation & contact questions & answers. that would be nice, if there were not THAT MANY issues. When i wanted to eventually cancel & remove the integrations, they started begging to offer support, when i insisted to cancel, they flat out started ignoring us, they don't have a cancel option on their dashboards, now i have forced canclled using Shopify & i have to figure out myself how to remove anything related to them from our Backend. Very Bad Experience, Not recommended at all.

I wouldn´t even give this app 1 star. Their app is not working and I have been waiting months. There are so many bugs within their app it´s ridiculous. I have lost so much money waiting for them to fix their app. It is not working. Don´t waist your time editing all fields and forms here - because it´s simply not working. They don´even respond to some of the emails. I have never experienced this before except with one other app provider.
