Hello Team Bitespeed, I own a perfume brand and applied for a demo three times but received no response. I also installed the Shopify app, but no onboarding call was scheduled. I tried calling the support numbers (switched off) and contacted chat support, which redirected me to WhatsApp, but there was still no response. Kindly look into this and let me know the next steps at the earliest. Regards, Chirag Adonn
