The customer support team is terrible, and the product has too many bugs! The moment you pay for their '3-month subscription', you lose all the tech support from them. You keep struggling to reach the POCs, to get their tech glitches solved, but it keeps on stacking on a WhatsApp group with 40 other people, where no one cares to respond.

Extremely disappointing experience. They requested partner access to my business portfolio, claiming they would set up WhatsApp marketing messages, but then completely disappeared. After some time, I checked and found my WhatsApp Business account had been restricted within the portfolio. I tried reaching out through their WhatsApp group, but their team never responded. Very unprofessional and unreliable. Would not recommend installing this app.
