We stopped using Bitespeed within just 15 days due to terrible service and complete lack of communication. We opted for a higher-tier plan that included a dedicated account manager, but despite multiple follow-ups over more than 10 days, no account manager was ever assigned. This was clearly communicated to their team, and even our POC was aware of the issue. After informing them multiple times that we had stopped using the product, we are still receiving invoices every month. On top of that, different people from their team keep calling, and every time we have to explain the same story again—yet no action is taken. There is no ownership, no coordination between teams, and no respect for customers’ time or money. This has been one of the worst SaaS experiences we’ve had. Would strongly advise businesses to think twice before opting for Bitespeed, especially their higher plans.
