We especially appreciate the detailed wallet usage breakdown, which helps us monitor and optimize cost efficiency effectively. The follow-up feature for broadcasts has been a game-changer, allowing us to automatically re-engage users who don’t convert initially, making it a valuable tool for driving additional revenue when used strategically. The BiteSpeed team, especially Annika and Aditya, have been incredibly helpful, proactive, and responsive throughout the onboarding process, making the transition smooth and helping us unlock the platform’s full potential.
