I have been using the bitespeed application for the past 3 months, but I have been charged for more than 5 months. Despite requesting a plan change, it was never processed, and I continue to lose money daily. The payment system needs urgent improvement — it currently has serious bugs and is deducting payments every 15 days instead of charging monthly as it should.
