It has been a great experience so far. Ayush from the team has been very supportive, and it was a quick onboarding. The campaigns are also performing better than the previous tool we were using, mainly because of the omni-channel support that Bitespeed provides. The abandoned cart journey is performing exceptionally well, giving around a 12-13% conversion rate.
