Lemonade review for B: WhatsApp Chat, Abandon Cart

Our experience with BiteSpeed was extremely disappointing. We were associated with BiteSpeed around 15 months ago, and unfortunately, the experience was not good. Their communication and support were extremely poor we often had to repeatedly chase the team for responses and follow-ups while we were working. Eventually, we decided to discontinue the service. What has been even more unprofessional is the way they have continued to approach us after discontinuation. Despite clearly not being interested and blocking their numbers, we continue to receive unsolicited calls from different numbers, often repeatedly and without any prior scheduling or consent. They have also been contacting the founder directly through different numbers. We have made it clear that we are not interested in continuing the association, yet the calls and messages have continued. In our view, repeatedly contacting the founder of a company from different numbers after being blocked is highly unprofessional and shows a lack of respect for clear communication boundaries. Based on both our experience with the product/service and the follow-up approach after discontinuation, we would not recommend BiteSpeed.
