Im not sure how this app got its 4.9 Reviews, it is so so so buggy, it has many things that needs fixing, we constantly faced conversations that disappear suddenly, conversations that do not reflect from the first place, failed product integrations for big inventories. Support is there, but its useless, if you have an issue, it goes through an entire investigation, escalation & contact questions & answers. that would be nice, if there were not THAT MANY issues. When i wanted to eventually cancel & remove the integrations, they started begging to offer support, when i insisted to cancel, they flat out started ignoring us, they don't have a cancel option on their dashboards, now i have forced canclled using Shopify & i have to figure out myself how to remove anything related to them from our Backend. Very Bad Experience, Not recommended at all.

We have tried many retention tools in the past, which i believe every D2C brand does till they find the right fit. Bitespeed is doing an excellent job, and i feel our hunt ended here. Happy and Satisfied Honestly, their dashboard has a lot of room for improvement, but their team is doing an extraordinary job, which I feel matters the most. I have looked at lots of different WhatsApp marketing, by far bitespeed is the best for pricing and service. They help set everything up and are constantly looking for ways to improve revenue and performance. Has helped overall conversion rate and revenue I am now moving email flows and sms away from klaviyo and testing on bitespeed.
