Great onboarding experience, Very easy workflows, The team helps you set up templates and a couple of broadcasts. Very nice out of the box recommendations. Getting good amount of conversions using their Marketing tools. Integrations possible with WhatsApp, Instagram, Emails, Web push and more. Also good tie ups with apps like judge.me and integrations possible with many payment partners. Also possible are popup marketing to get more genuine data and keep the customer engaged. 5 Stars

Been using Bitespeed for a month+ now. The dashboard is easy to use and understand. Message delivery rates are good and results so far have been commendable. Would need to see over a longer period of time to judge the value add. The onboarding team starting from Manav is knowledgeable, patient and extremely helpful and responsive. Special mention to Annika for guiding and helping set up everything.
