Just wanted to give a shout out to Quinn for customer service at BixGrow. We misunderstood how to set up coupons to have a different commission rate. Quinn got on chat with us within a couple of minutes and had problem solved within a few more minutes. The setup to do that was actually quite simple but somehow we missed it.
