So far great value and super responsive customer support
We recently installed BixGrow on our site, and it has been a fantastic experience so far! The app is incredibly easy to use and highly customizable, making it simple to tailor it to our needs. We had a few questions during the setup process, and their support team was available instantly via chat and extremely helpful and quick to reply. We’re very happy with the app so far and would highly recommend it!

I'm not going to lie. This app is pretty great. You do have to pay for some of the better features, but it is not expensive. The reason for the 3-star review is that there is one part of the description that is misleading, and you would not know unless you tried to change the default language. I mainly went with this app because it supports Spanish. I do not speak Spanish, but the site I am working on is in Peru. This is the misleading part. It says: "Spanish translation is available for the Affiliate dashboard. You can edit the translation by customizing the page." Then it says: "Spanish translations are not available for the Log-in page, Sign-up page, and Landing page. You will need to manually translate by customizing the page." This means that I will have to manually translate the majority of this App.
Hi there, thanks for leaving us feedback on the app. I noticed that you said the description was "misleading" although I think it pretty much shows that rather than trying to make the app appear differently than how it works, we just tell honestly what the app can do and what it can not. For example, we add the language description to any language you select so that you know exactly what you're signing up for. Does it mean you'll have to "manually translate the majority of the app"? Of course not! First, the 4 portal pages (affiliate dashboard, log-in page, sign-up page, and landing page) are only one side of the app - the affiliates' side. You have the first side and the majority of the app which is actually the merchant's side. This can you choose which language it should be displayed in. Next, just because it's recommended that you translate the pages manually for better accuracy and branded content doesn't mean you're required to. If you're fine with the auto-translations, we have them for every page - each of which you thought you'd have to translate yourself. As you can see, if you don't want to translate, you can just go with the easy options and the app is not making you do anything manually for your convenience. You can take a look at my screenshots for reference in the in-app chat. Therefore, our team here at BixGrow will be immensely grateful if you can edit your comment on the app to avoid giving our potential users an incorrect insight into the app. Once again, thank you for your time and understanding!

I've only just started using the app, but set up is easy. It does everything I had on my list. I can set a re-direct domain, I can customize affiliate links, I can have it auto-generate 1099 forms. I found that I can customize my affiliate programs to set up tiered commissions and only pay commissions on certain collections.

So far so good. We're pretty new at this but the Customer Service has been pretty top notch at aiding us through the steps. Which are pretty easy to follow.
Flora was great sorted out the custom domain very quick, great app recommended to any store wanting affiliate marketing.
This is an excellent option to track rep sales and give them commissions based on sales. I love that we can issue store credit instead of cash payouts for commissions.
I have had this app for 2 days but so far I love it!! Incredible design way better than the other ones on shopify.
Having used affiliate programs on our websites for over 15 years, I have to say we are all hugely impressed with BixGrow. The set up process was a breeze thanks to an excellent admin interface. Everything clear and logical, so refreshing. BixGrow was recommended to me and so pleased to have found it. Support is excellent too, quick and helpful. Many thanks to Evelyn and Quinn, so far! The module works well and their live chat is amazing. They respond very quickly.
