Very impressed so far. The app has some really useful and well designed tools and loads of customisation options. Support is great too, we've had to tweak a couple of bits on the portal (eg custom domain) and the live chat meant we got this updated in 2 minutes.

We recently downloaded this app and have not officially used it yet. during the customization process, We had several questions that were answered immediately. Not only did we receive a prompt reply, but we also were provided clear instructions. If the app functions as well as the customer support, BixGrow will continue to earn 5 stars!

I've been using the BixGrow affiliate marketing app and it has been great. The app is easy to use, and the tracking features are accurate. Bixgrow support team is super responsive and helpful when questions come up. The app also offers a lot of value for the price. It functions well and is not glitchy. Excellent choice for our online store!

Very straightforward affiliate program that is easy to implement. There are maybe a few features that I would like that aren't there, but nothing major. For example, integration with Tremendous would be, tremendous. Very responsive customer service. Thank you Quinn for answering all of my questions in the chat.

So far so good! I'm brand new at this and had some trouble getting it setup at first (my fault, I had something in my shopify code that was incompatible) but they found the issue and helped me resolve it within minutes. Great customer service so far!

Am just getting started with BixGrow but I must say support from Evelyn is the best I have received from testing 4 different affiliate apps. She was able to understand and answer complex questions, and asked for clarification when she did not understand. That they have well-trained support staff that respond quickly gives me confidence. Well done Evelyn - I'm setting up the app and will later add a review on how I find it.
