I've been using the BixGrow app for 3 months, and it has been a great addition to my Shopify store. The app is user-friendly, and it effectively tracks and manages affiliate programs seamlessly. The support team has been responsive and helpful whenever I had questions. They even followed up to make sure everything was running smoothly. Overall, I'm very happy with the app and the customer service provided.

F*cking killer. So easy. Affordable. Not sure on how customizable it will all be visually but could not have been smoother to set up with custom domain and everything. BixGrow rocks.

Great app, and incredible prices. Minimal but effective - there's nothing superfluous here. Unfortunately, didn't work with Shop Pay, Google Pay, or Apple Pay checkouts which are a lot of what our customers use, so we couldn't use it. Support was quick to respond and tell me this, which was super helpful with the built-in chat.

So far I am in love with this app! Most things are really easy to make changes, or your able to ask their support and they are very helpful in replies. The cost us MUCH more affordable than some of the other app tier options. The only thing I wish was different is the way the text customization work on the affiliate portal. It goes through "translations" which is kind of all over the place and difficult to tell what changes will effect which text sections. It should definitely be an overlay text editor for each page like the have the visibility tab in the customization button. Will update if needed!

Ich bin für das Set-Up unseres Freunde werben - Programms im regelmäßigen Austausch mit Quinn vom Supportteam und bin über ihre Unterstützung und schnelle Rückmeldung sehr angetan. Zudem hat sie sich in ein für sie komplett neues Thema (Aufsetzen von DPA und TOMs), die wir als europäisches Unternehmen benötigen, in kürzester Zeit eingearbeitet und diese für uns erstellt. Super Service!!

They don't care about you as a customer. The app lacks many features, and when you talk to their customer service, they operate in 'liquidation mode' rather than focusing on solutions
Thank you for leaving a negative review although we are surprised to receive it, especially from you. You just installed the app and then wanted to use the Custom Domain feature (which is clearly stated as exclusive to the PRO plan) while you didn't want to upgrade to a paid plan for that. Unfortunately, we are unable to meet your needs like this as we need funds to further develop the app.

I'm 6 weeks into selling on my new website and I installed BIxGrow from day 1. I had a few friends who wanted to join me on my journey and it seemed like a good idea. It's great how they can use their own shopping link for their customers but I'm now seeing the potential to really grow my business and attract new affiliates. Being untechnical I've had a couple of teething issues and the helpline were amazing. They talked me through each one and solved my problems in a simplified way Thank you BixGrow

Great customer service and great app! Im just getting started but everything seems to be customizable and really easy to navigate. Support responds very quickly, even on weekends!
