Absolutely amazing. We have discovered the app about 3 months ago and every time we use it, it simply amazes me. The "out of the box" functionalities of this app are amazing if you rely on affiliates or influencers. Super transparent, easy to use and navigate. The support team has been amazing; every time I reach out they are super responsive and their developers "just get it". I asked them to customise the images according to our image sizes on the website (so they don't appear cut out) and in less than 5 minutes it was done. I am seriously impressed.

Flora was amazing, and answered all my questions. The platform is fairly easy to use. For any questions customer service is always so helpful. I highly recommend!

I'm in the setup phase and it's going super well. Their app is very intuitive. When I did need help, support was only a chat box away. I've spoken with two support staff so far and both were patient, helpful, and kind. I'm impressed so far. I keep wondering what the catch is since the cost is so low. So far there isn't any. It's been great and true to its claims.

Installed super easily and set up was very easy to follow to allow for customization. When I did have a question from the POV as an affiliate, using my dashboard - the Customer service was quick to respond and to help me understand how it worked. Very happy with the program app and the service provided.. highly recommend!

I tried out a few referral platforms before settling on BixGrow. I found it streamlined and easy to use but when I did run into bumps in setting up different affiliate and referral programs, their *real person, real time, live chat* was super helpful. Evelyn is amazing. I would have probably needed to hire a consultant to help me customize everything if I didn't have this personalized support. Highly recommend!
