This app has every feature we wanted in an affiliate app and the setup was pretty easy. I had one question about setting up advanced commission features and it took only 5 minutes to get help from one of their support people! Well done!

So far I'm still working on it and preparing for the launch, but already I've had excellent support and everything has been explained to me in great detail about what to do and where to do it in case of problems. Many thanks to the ladies Flora and Quinn who have accompanied and advised me so far.

Hallo, also der Onboardingprozess ist fantastisch. Man erhält eine super Unterstützung bei der Einrichtung. Da wird die Einrichtung zum Kinderspiel. Nun bin ich mal gespannt, ob sich potenzielle Affiliaten bei mir melden.

So far, so good! I have just signed up for BixGrow and immediately used the chat feature to help get set up (I am not savvy with tech). Very helpful and patient staff on standby to get you where you need to go!

This is the best affiliate app I've used so far, with a wide range of features, and the support has been top notch as well. We needed a little assistance in getting our program set up, as it's a little different than a standard affiliate marketing program, and their support staff has been very helpful and super quick to answer questions.

The integration and setup of this app is so easy, and their support is always great. I have had multiple questions and have been able to get virtually instant help every time. At Wayzn.com we use the app for both affiliate and refer-a-friend. It is convenient being able to manage both programs with a single app. The affiliate side is easy to set up and easy to use, but the referral half of the app is not very mature yet (even basic reporting is missing), so I can only give four stars. I have used a lot of plug-ins and the thing that shines brightest about Bix is their customer support. They are responsive, knowledgeable and provide a level of support way above what we get from other apps that cost 10x what we pay for Bix.
