Looked through a lot of different apps for referral marketing. For the cost, this app does plenty. I'm happy to see where they're at and onboard to see where they go. So far, we've had great response from our 'Champions'.

Bixgrow app has been a great addition to our sales. They make it so easy for my affiliates to sign up. Payment is easy. I like how I can make a lump sum on multiple payments or filter by date. The customer service is so speedy, friendly and knowledgable. Anytime I have a question, they better help me understand how the app works.

We had our "Refer A Friend" and Affiliate Marketing Programme up and running within minutes - both using this app. When styling the signup page on our Shopify store, I had a background colour request that was beyond the available customisations. What was missing in the available tools was more than made up for with their excellent customer service. Quinn from BixGrow was brilliant!

Top-notch support and the app works exactly how I needed it for my use case. If they add multi-currency for payouts, this app will be the all-round best solution out there. Highly recommend!

After trying numerous affiliate apps I can confidently say that this is, in my opinion, the best one available on the Shopify platform. The features, the options and the prices all combine to make a fantastic app but It's the customer support that really sets it apart. I was assisted by Quinn and she literally went above and beyond to help me with some specific functionality we needed, couldn't be happier with the experience.

I tried a few different affiliate apps. However, we had a unique need since we are working with an affiliate agency and not going the traditional route. This has been the best experience I've had with any affiliate app by far. Their support is very friendly, accessible, and knowledgeable. They helped me with any questions I had in a timely manner. They even modified some things on their end because I didn't want the MLM percentages visible to users not on that same level. I highly recommend this app!

Off to a great start. Generating sales in the first week. Install was straight forward, including adding Shopify header. Flexible affiliate program and ability to do general customer referrals. Very pleased so far.

So far very easy to set up - just using the free option but the set up was so simple - added 2 new affiliates, customised the emails, did all the double checking with the links etc - all gone smoothly so far - which has me very concerned as it's almost too easy!!
