I have done very detailed work to compare the various app to manage affiliates. First, discard some apps that are really expensive and then select a few more accessible for a small store. After comparing features, and installing some, BixGrow wins hands down. The backend infrastructure is modern, friendly and pretty customizable. The interface for customers and affiliates is also very appealing and user-friendly (on average my users are not very techy so this was very important for me and that's why I discontinued 2 apps I used in the past). Customer service is excellent, I have chatted first with Quinn and then with Pam and cleared my (long) list of questions pretty easily. Ended up purchasing the PRO plan immediately. The value is huge and I am sure it will repay super fast.

INSANELY GOOD APP!!! If you are looking for affiliates (with an MLM structure...level 1, 2, 3 etc), AND a separate referral platform for your customers, this app does BOTH!! Great for B2B and great for B2C. I have been looking around for ages for an app that has all the features this one does. You can set lifetime commission payouts, and have different "programs" (i.e. if you want a separate dashboard for sales reps, versus online affiliates, versus influencers) you can create them all with different levels of commission. Also, may i add this app has the features of being able to do payouts via not only Paypal, but credit card, bank transfer, pioyoneer, google pay, venmo... list goes on! Needless to say their support is PHENOMENAL!!! I was struggling with a feature (completely my fault) and I was desperate to fix it at 11pm CST.. so i opened up the chat feature and within seconds (literally) Leo guided me through the whole process, answered a bunch of my questions super quickly, even said to me that their developers could help me embed my different "programs" in my store. Leo was amazing to work with, super responsive, took care of me. Honestly, i never leave reviews but this app, along with their customer support is one of the best I have ever seen that comes "out of the box" versus spending $$$$$ on a unique custom-built platform. Try it! You will not be disappointed.

This software so far has exceeded every level of my expectations with an Affiliate Tracking Program. Not to mention that customer support, any time of day, has been phenomenal. Every question and need through onboarding has been met to help ensure my business does not skip a beat with our day-to-day while adopting a new software tool. Leo on support is a rock star!

Really happy with this app. Have been using it for a while and it's been smooth. Good customer service, features that work and integrate well. Lots of options to have different relationships set up in different ways with groups/individuals, etc. Highly recommend

Decided to commit to BixGrow: Affiliate Marketing after doing a deep dive and detailed comparison with related Apps. Hands down we so pleased with our decision. Super easy to setup. Covers everything we need and then some. And initial assistance from their support (Quinn) was clear and useful. Looking forward to great things.
