Joyous Creations & Co. review for Blanka Makeup Beauty Cosmetics

So far my experience has been awesome! Their representative John replied to an email I sent concerning product mock up’s and whether I sent the correct format of my logo. It unraveled issues with my logo itself but John was very patient in explaining why and what colors and formats would be printable. I ended up having to edit gradient colors etc in my logo but he absolutely went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with my visualization on the website and that I completely understood the process & dos/donts in terms of what’s printable. He was concerned about what I wanted and found a balance between what is acceptable. Honestly it made me even more comfortable using Blanka for my custom products and I haven’t even gotten my samples yet! Mae is also an excellent part of their support team! Every time I've reached her she is so informative, patient and willing to answer my questions making sure I've understood the answers given & even including pictures, or lists of new products or Blanka's bestsellers. I'd recommend speaking to her any day!
