Hi, I just started using Balnka for my dropship store, I am still in my initial phases so can't talk extensively about the platform but can assure you for one thing for sure that the customer service is Quick and precise. Patrick helped me out with some Shopify Integration issues. It was resolved quickly and I was back on! Kudos to him and the team!
