I’ve been using Blanka for my store, Gecko Glow Beauty, and the service has been fantastic. I recently needed help upgrading to their VIP Annual plan to get faster, priority order processing. Their support representative, Abigail, was incredibly helpful—she guided me through the Shopify Billing process and made sure everything was activated immediately. It’s rare to find such hands-on support for e-commerce apps, and I’m already seeing the benefits. Highly recommend Blanka to any brand looking to scale and improve their fulfillment speed!

Excellent customer service. I had accidentally uploaded the wrong logo while learning how the platform worked and testing products on my webshop. I did not realize that the logo would become locked once products were published. I contacted support expecting a complicated process, but they responded quickly, understood the situation, and helped me resolve the issue right away. Their professionalism, patience, and willingness to help made a great first impression. As a new user, I truly appreciate the support I received and I am looking forward to a successful long-term partnership. You always know that first impressions say a lot, and with Blanka, my first impression was extremely positive from the very beginning. My first 5 orders went smoother than I expected — 2 orders were delivered in just 8 days, and the other 3 arrived within 10 days. For a beauty brand owner, fast fulfillment and reliable delivery are incredibly important, so this gave me a lot of confidence moving forward. What truly made the experience stand out was the support team. Abigail and Andie were both amazing — very professional, responsive, supportive, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. I just had my first contact with Blanka support and I'm really happy with the experience. As someone completely new to the platform, I had a lot of questions about how things work.
