I was easily able to get in contact with a representative that answered all my questions and helped me out in a timely manner. This service has been incredible so far. I ran into an issue while trying to set up my brand. This made it difficult for me to get through the first step. I worked on this problem for hours over a few days and then decided to start a live chat. I was helped by Patrick. Thank goodness I reached out. Patrick fixed my issue within minutes. He was very knowledgable and willing to help with any other issues I may have. 5 stars for Patrick.
