I was overcharged for my monthly plan. I sent an email regarding the charges and asked if they could look into it because I was charged more than expected. Mae emailed me back within 10 minutes and had refunded and resolved my issue. This was on a weekend and I didn’t expect resolution so quickly. Mistakes happen everywhere but this was immediately corrected and Mae was very professional.

Third, the membership tiers are so good. You can start small and work your way up to a higher tier when you are ready. Fourth, the branding plate is unique to Blanka, and it makes your products look so professional and eye catching. Fifth, the app is so user friendly and easy to find what you need.
