I have been really impressed with what Blend AI has achieved so far and you have created a great service, all credit to the team at Blend AI. The team and specifically Galina have made the experience of setting up and running Blend AI a pleasure, information has always been on point, walking through the process on video calls and knows exactly where to go and what is the next step in the process. The whole experience has been refreshing, I have worked with many different teams and services, and I am not often impressed but Blend AI and the team have achieved this.

After poor experiences with advertising agencies previously, we decided to give Blend a go at managing our PPC. The process and support from start to finish has been excellent. Galina managed our onboarding and held our hands all the way through the process. After a slow start of Google learning we are starting to see some positive results and expect this to continue to build!

This App has been a huge help getting our paid marketing aligned and spend allocated better ! Great reporting and the support team is incredibly responsive. We saw results very quickly. Would highly recommend!

Has promise but is poor. Its most certainly is NOT automated and requires significant input. Also full ad customization isn't available. Avoid

This app changed our business! Before Blend, we wasted so much money on agencies and training guides. The support is amazing, and the tool is super easy to use. It shows exactly what it's doing in the ad accounts and handles all the audiences, budgets, and data across all my ad channels. We wish we'd found it sooner!

We've been running Blend for around a year now and have averaged 11x ROAS on our ad spend. To be totally honest, I was concerned in the early days, but with guidance from the Blend team and doing our own research, I'm happy with how it's progressing. We're preparing to run more ads currently and hope that we will continue to see the ROAS (if not better) that we've been achieving.

Das Team von Blend ist hervorragend. Für diejenigen, die nicht auf ADS spezialisiert sind oder keine Zeit haben, sich täglich damit auseinanderzusetzen, stellt Blend die optimale Wahl dar. Man kann alle Sorgen bezüglich ADS an sie abgeben und erhält meist bessere Ergebnisse. Daher ist es ideal für Personen, die die Kontrolle über ihre ADS abgeben möchten.

Terrible experience. Sales plummeted and our ad spend went very high after we onboarded with Blend. We ended up cancelling due to the poor ROAS. After we cancelled, Blend continued to charge us for their platform and 10% of our adwords spend, even though we weren't using their platform. When we disputed it with Blend, the owner refused to refund us. We had to get our bank to block them from charging. Would not recommend.
Expectations are a curious thing—set them too high, and nobody's happy. Just to clear the air, sales didn’t plummet; in fact, during your short time using the app, they actually started growing. So while we appreciate the dramatic flair, it's important to set the record straight. As for the charges, they’re always retrospective because they’re based on your ad spend—this was explained multiple times. And let's not forget, a founder offered to discuss your experience, but you declined. Nevertheless—wishing you lots of success in your ecomm journey!

Our experience with Blend was incredibly poor. After trialling it across 2 of our businesses, we saw our sales plummet and our ad spend quadruple. Our short trial of blend cost us over $10K in advertising spend and blend fees. When we cancelled the accounts, Blend continued to bill us to the point we had to advise our bank to block their charges. We requested a refund of the platform fees we were charged by Blend, however they refused to even respond to this request.
We're more into marathons than sprints. And yes your ad spend increased, because you chose to increase it. The charges you mention are retrospective, these are based on previous ad spend. We tried explaining this a few times, sorry if it didn’t quite click. Not only did we respond to your request - the team offered a one on one meeting with our founder - which you declined. Accurate reviews should help everyone, so we just wanted to clear that up—no hard feelings, just keeping it real.

Excellent, highly recommend Thiago and the Blend AI app. I like being able to upload my own creative and check up on the ROAS in real time rather than having to rely on an external agency. Thiago was a great help running me through how it all worked and was always on hand to answer any questions or help optimise my ads. I started with Meta ads and have just transitioned my Google PPC ads to Blend from a digital agency.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Joined Blend extremely excited with their salesperson describing their platform as an AI tool more powerful than Metas algorithm. I joined, my old adds went off and sales completely stopped. It was a week of no sales for our store losing thousands in revenue. Their uncaring staff finally notified me AFTER 1 WEEK it wasn't set up correctly. You have to connect your Shopify store, google analytics ect, for what reason I'm not sure. They say you need a few months to see positive results. My store already has a lot of data and I assumed Blend would leverage that data. NOT the case, they told me it has to make its own data, so you are almost starting from scratch again when you join blend. After around 10 days of paying for a monthly subscription to blend, I decided enough is enough and told them I want out, they didnt have to refund for the month but I want no more charges. I left them and have been doing great back using Meta and Google again (nothing will beat doing your adds directly on those platforms) (you will also get much better results using an agency if you don't know how to run adds. Today ( 1 month later) I have received a random charge from Blend after they already took my money for the month before. They have cost our store. We deleted the shopify app as soon as we left them. SHOPIFY - PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS COMPANY RIPPING SHOPIFY STORE OWNERS OFF. Once the app is deleted there should be no more charges, it is ridiculous that Shopify promotes a company like this in their app store. Everyone reading this review and considering this company, this app might seem easy and convenient, but your SALES WILL SUFFER. Look elsewhere guys.

The app says it has a Usage fee + 10% of ad spend, but after making you waste a lot of time connecting the pixels, it forces you to install Pulse. There's a 30-day Pulse trial with a cost of $99 monthly, and another called Blend AI with a cost of $150 + 10% of your Ad Spend monthly. People, don't waste your time, it's misleading advertising on Shopify, I do not recommend it, you cannot trust liars.
Thanks for your feedback. Let's clear up a few things: Fee Structure: Our app page and website both clearly state that there's an Access fee + 10% of your ad spend to use Blend. This info isn't hidden anywhere. Pulse Tool: Pulse is optional. You can unselect it anytime you want. We offer it for free initially because it has been proven to boost ad performance, but you're not forced to use it. If you don’t want it, just unselect it. We don't think there's anything misleading here. Feel free to check out reviews from our happy customers to see what they think. Blend has been incredibly beneficial in enhancing our store's online presence. It's perfect for those who want to handle their online advertising in house and not take on the costs of an agency. You can begin with a smaller budget and still see returns. Then tailor the budget as you see fit. Working with the Blend team has been a fantastic experience. They are very supportive and always ready to offer advice on the best content for our advertisements.

After huge success using Blend with another online store for our business we decided to try it on another brand. You don't need the budget dollars for an agency and the personal service from the Team is exceptional, nothing seems to be too much bother. Sales have increased and you see results in days not weeks!
