Cam was absolutely fantastic walking me through the apps and setting it up to help with the bot issue I had. She had great knowledge and explained it to me so I could understand and I fully trusted her to do the job she knows best. On top of this she also helped with another unrelated issue I was having and got that fixed that other people I've spoken to couldn't.
