Update (same day). I realised I wasn’t getting sales and checked the website and you can’t click anything. Have had to turn app embed off in theme settings as app in Shopify is broken. It’s caused me lost sales. Updated review to 1* I have been using this app for a while now and although it has been okay some changes lately and app issues have crept in to compel me to rate lower now. Recently the devs changes the visitor view and removed the ISP from the main area. Now you have to click through to each IP hit. This is a bad oversight. Today the app doesn’t even work on the Shopify app. No way to even contact them. This has happened before.

We made that adjustment to try and declutter the main dashboard for a majority of users, but we understand from your feedback that removing the ISP from the main view has negatively impacted your workflow.
