The wording of "Add Non-US Countries" inside a "Block Countries" screen creates a double negative that reads as "block everything that is NOT the US," meaning the US should be safe. We completely understand why you interpreted it that way and honestly, it should have worked exactly as you expected. The reality is that each rule in our app works independently, so combining "Non-US," "Non-EU," and "Non-AUS" rules ended up blocking all traffic rather than protecting those regions. This is a design and UX problem on our end, and we take full responsibility for the confusion and the lost revenue it caused. We've already escalated this to our product team to improve so no other merchant has to go through the same experience. We'd love the opportunity to make this right. We've reached out to you directly via chat and hope you'll give us a chance to show you the app working the way you intended. Again, we're very sorry. Your feedback is directly driving changes to how we present these rules, and we genuinely appreciate you calling it out.
