This is a strange experience. I had to reinstall the Blockify Fraud Filter application after receiving 100s of bots from Clifton, NJ and Santa Barbara, CA. All of which have MISSING FILE in the State and City field so you can't see where they originated unless you have other detection methods. They started coming a few days after I uninstalled the application which was a horrible lesson for me to learn. My hope is that the app will help get rid of these bots.

This app has been great overall—it saved me money when I made the switch, and its features are exactly what I needed. When I first contacted support, Ben was super helpful and responsive. I even left a positive review to reflect that. However, when I returned for further help, the experience was disappointing. Despite my earlier feedback, I was kept waiting for ages while being asked to make changes I couldn’t implement myself. The excuse given was that Ben was dealing with other customers, but it felt like I’d been deprioritised after already leaving a good review. Eventually, he did sort it out, but only after a frustrating amount of back-and-forth. All in all, the app itself is excellent—but the support experience left a bit to be desired the second time around.

ご対応下さったLynnさんとても助かりました。ありがとう。素早い対応でした。Ip Blockで商品画像が消える現象が起きていて、WebSiteもブリンクするように1秒ほど画像が消え画面が上に数センチ動くような変な挙動がありました。何が原因かわからなかったため解決するのに2週間ほどかかりました。Lynnさんのおかげで3分ほどで解決してくれたので助かりました。うちのサイトはアプリがたくさん入っているので判明するまでがPainでした。以上
