I really wanted to add the BLOCKIFY App to my Shopify store, after having for almost 2 months thousands of bots from China trying to invade my store. I felt that the App was confusing and difficult to understand. So Florence from support chatted with me for very long time, sending me screenshots and staying with me until I would understand.
