I really wanted to add the BLOCKIFY App to my Shopify store, after having for almost 2 months thousands of bots from China trying to invade my store. I felt that the App was confusing and difficult to understand. So Florence from support chatted with me for very long time, sending me screenshots and staying with me until I would understand. She was so knowledgeable about the APP, she was very patient, she has been really wonderful in the way she tried her best to help me. Florence stayed with me until the app was connected to my store.
