Uninstalled same day. Each feature I wanted required an upgrade - and additional cost.

These guys gave me top notch and excellent customer service. I had questions and they responded in a timely manner and in great detail. The app is easy to install and understand. Both of the people I spoke to were helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. I wish all apps were as great as this one to deal with. Thanks for great customer service!

I manually track and investigate traffic activity when customers download freebies from my site to weed out bots. When I first installed the app I quickly began blocking bot IP addresses and yesterday an IP that I thought was blocked was able to get through and download another free product. The blocker DID NOT DO ITS JOB. if you use this software make sure you manually track and investigate customer profiles. Btw, the software isn't very effective if you're not getting the Pro Plan, you're pretty much forced to get it.
