Hi, I'm Marcus and I would like to thank the outstanding service given by the Blocky team, specifically Anne. She gave me a month of free credit for which I'm extremely grateful for. She supported me when I was in my lowest and had no money at all. Now I have the chance to run my shopify store without financial strain for the next month and this is all thanks to Anne. Additionally, she was patient and guided me through the required domain that would make me eligible for this gift. All in all, Blocky helped me out greatly and Anne made sure I was looked after. In you're a senior Blocky employee, please give Anne her well deserved raise. If she is the persona that is conveyed through my email, then I can be sure that she can make everybody's days brighter. After I canceled my subscription, they deleted absolutely everything from my website! All my content is gone. This is completely unacceptable and ruined months of hard work. Avoid this app at all costs!
Hi, this is Anne from Blocky. I’m very sorry to hear about your experience. To clarify what may have happened, the “Delete All Data” option may have been selected during cancellation. This option is provided so merchants can fully remove Blocky’s sections and related code from their theme and avoid leaving unused code behind. This should only remove sections created through Blocky. Your products, images, and other Shopify store data should still be available. Been using blocky for over a year. love the new updates with the new blocks. Makes everything so easily customizable and easy to understand
I had a great experience with the Blocky support team. I ran into some billing confusion after uninstalling the app, and Anne went above and beyond to help me resolve it. She was extremely professional, communicative, and stayed on top of my request until both my April and May invoices were successfully refunded. It's rare to find support this dedicated. If you're looking for an app that truly stands behind its service, this is it. Highly recommend, and if you need help, definitely ask for Anne!

This app does not build anything with AI, like it is advertised. Just present templates that are basically the same as shopifys.
