After I canceled my subscription, they deleted absolutely everything from my website! All my content is gone. This is completely unacceptable and ruined months of hard work. Avoid this app at all costs!
Hi, this is Anne from Blocky. I’m very sorry to hear about your experience. To clarify what may have happened, the “Delete All Data” option may have been selected during cancellation. This option is provided so merchants can fully remove Blocky’s sections and related code from their theme and avoid leaving unused code behind. This should only remove sections created through Blocky. Your products, images, and other Shopify store data should still be available. This app does not build anything with AI, like it is advertised. Just present templates that are basically the same as shopifys.
this app doesn't work so disapointing
DO NOT INSTALL. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Be very careful with this app. Even after uninstalling, they keep charging you every month. Unlike other Shopify apps where uninstalling stops billing, here you’re stuck with recurring charges unless you completely shut down your store. They don’t care or try to fix it either. Definitely feels like a trap. Avoid at all costs.
Hi, there seems to be some confusion here and I would love to clear it up if you contact us at [email protected]. Shopify controls all of the app billing. As soon as you uninstall an app, your subscription is automatically cancelled. In the scenario, what most likely happened is you uninstalled in the middle of the billing cycle and Shopify did not charge you until later. This is a common situation that happens and causes a lot of confusion. I can go more in-depth in our email and we can also review your billing history and if there is a mistake, I will make sure it's corrected right away.
same experience bro (Worst App you can use really. I decided to unsubscribe because off the coding errors on the page editing section that I couldn't fix, uninstall the app and still didn't cancel the subscription. Sent a message to support couple of times no response. Also fined me twice a month one time. I still couldn't cancel the subscription)
