best support i ever have seen! But the Software is not made for blogs. Horrible. Dont use this app. 1000x better is dropInBlog.

I would NOT recommend Bloggle. Changes their developer made that should have only changed image size on one article, cause my private information to be published, and created a mess of my blog layout (when the app only had access to one article, not the entire blog). When it was fixed it was suggested by their support that I'd made it happen when I had not changed anything! I hope - unlike me - that you read the other 1 star reviews before installing. Maybe I got unlucky but I see others have had the same experience.
Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the issue you faced. The changes were due to the Bloggle template automatically including typical blog elements such as the author's name (classic for a blog, btw). We understand that maintaining your name private was a priority. To be fully complete, you should also mention that you requested to revert the changes, which was done by the team. Hiding the author's name was also an option available within the app. Thank you once again for your comments.

I was going to install this app to try out. But the pricing is based on your shopify plan so you can't even chose the basic plan to have a play around. Sure there's a 10 day trial, but I don't see the value in an extra $14USD/month

**WARNING** DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP! The 10 Day trail period is fake. I downloaded the app then deleted it the next day as it didn't accommodate my needs. The developers still took an unauthorised payment from my account. It's been an ordeal to get a refund. Shopify claims they are doing something but I am the one chasing.
Hello Cassius, I'm sorry to hear about your frustrating experience with our app 🙏 I understand that you've been billed after uninstalling our app. Our team acted promptly by issuing a refund as soon as you reached out to us with your myshopify url, which is requested to make a refund. Regarding the trial period, it is a 10-day free trial. You installed our app on 08/05/23 at 12:18 am and uninstalled it on 08/15/23 at 10pm, which does surpass the 10-day period. Per Shopify's policies, billing takes place automatically at the end of the trial period, even if you uninstall the app which is fair for developers. We don't have control over the billing; that's entirely managed by Shopify so I do not understand why you say that we took "unauthorised payment". That said, we were happy to issue a refund in your case. We value fair play and aim to make sure every merchant feels they are treated justly. If you have further concerns or questions, I'm more than willing to discuss this with you at any time. I also sent you an email to be sure you will have all the information.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. I imported the highest ranking blog on my store into this app with the hopes that I would be able to add products in directly rather than having to create manual buttons. Immediately after importing the blog, the entire structure was completely messed up. Images were made x 50 size. Buttons were moved from under product images to the middle of paragraphs. Links were changed to a barely visible color. The entire blog was put in an H4 tag? Given this absolute disaster, I uninstalled the app. I was horrified to find that even after uninstallation, all of the changes remained on my store. Over 100 hours of work that I put into the 12,000 word blog post are now completely destroyed thanks to this horrific app. Do not trust it, and do not download it. Thank me later.
Hi, I'm Julien, the Bloggle founder. I'm sorry you had an issue with our application. I sent you by email all the content of your blog post to ensure nothing is lost at all. I also sent you the content on our chat, but you uninstalled our app without responding. Our app will never update the Shopify blog posts without merchant action. We have a backup database to avoid any losses when you import a blog post into the app so that we can bring back the entire post if there is an issue. Sorry again for the bad experience.
