I have nothing but good things to say about Bloom. First, their customer care is top notch. They are extremely responsive and are always willing to help explain things, often going the extra mile and creating videos to make learning something easy. Their product has been a great tool for our wine club working seamlessly with shopify.

We’ve been working with Bloom since 2020, and they’ve been incredible partners for our wine club. Making the transition to Shopify was a big step for us, and Bloom guided us through it seamlessly. More recently, they also helped us redesign our website, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. What I value most about Bloom is the people—the entire team, led by Patrick, is knowledgeable, responsive, and truly cares about their clients’ success. The app itself works perfectly for our needs, but it’s the partnership and support that really set them apart. I highly recommend Bloom to anyone looking for a reliable, dedicated team and an app that delivers.

From helping us transition to an updated wine club membership system, to helping us navigate the world of alcohol compliance, and making sure our technology is working to sign up new members and fulfilling orders, can't say enough positive things about Bloom. Switching to Bloom has saved our team an incredible amount of time wasted on busy work. We were previously using a different subscription service app and not only did the features not make sense for our wine club, but they had *terrible* automated customer service and every issue stretched out for weeks. We switched to Bloom (a very smooth process despite how complicated our set up was) and have only dealt directly with the same account rep and IT person for the last 2+ years, they are always extremely responsive and really go above and beyond to help us improve our customer experience. It's very helpful that the whole team has wine and alcohol industry experience - Bloom is very aware of the myriad of obscure compliance and other issues of the wine and alcohol industry. We especially appreciate that it genuinely seems that the team is invested in our long term success!

We have worked with a few different winery suites and when we made the switch to Shopify recently we looked at a couple different apps to handle our wine club management and processing through the Shopify platform, without much luck. Many of them are still in developement and don't have much experience with traditional club management and it is difficult to find the compliance piece that will effectively work with it and Shopify. We had contacted Bloom for our compliance and when I looked into there wine club management, I realized they were the answer!! They had everything we were used to and also had programs such as subscriptions and allocations, but their ability to handle traditional club processing was better than any system we have used in the past. We were previously with WineDirect, and the setup and club processing was way easier than how WD handled things. Bloom is the club system that others wish they were. Not to mention the awesome support we have received since day one. I would highly recommend Bloom to anyone!!!

This has changed my wine club game! The design is good and the interface is easy to understand. If I'm looking for a specific feature, the team is receptive and present. But the best part, is tech support is always extremely helpful, efficient, and there when you need them urgently. And my customers seem to like it too. I don't get too many questions about how to work their side of things. All great things! Worth every penny.

Bloom is a wonderful app! The transition process from our old platform was painless, the customer service is top notch, and the app itself allows us all of the infinite e-commerce possiblities that shopify has to offer, with a wine... and wine CLUB-specific focus. Bloom is a must for any winery looking to increase their DtC and club enrollment. And if you happen to be afraid of the hassle of switching from a platform that is inferior-but-comfortable to something new and better, don't be! Once you've made the switch, you'll wonder how/why you ever waited...
