Had a quick onboarding call with Julie and she was super helpful in setting up reward program on my store. I had specific questions about 3rd party checkout integration with bloop. She patiently helped checking the process and making sure integration works seamlessly. I have raised few enhancement requests and she would discuss them for future updates. The app is very easy to setup and you should be up in less than 30 min. Truly rewarding! Thank you

Shoutout Julie from support for all the help! Super easy to use and setup. If you’re confused, support is very active and very descriptive when answering questions and even solving issues themselves. I use BLOOP for referrals and it’s been a great setup so far!

the customer service is so slow to respond. It takes 12 hours before I get the answer to my inquiry.

The app is great and easy to navigate with an extremely helpful team that even lets you schedule free calls with them to educate you on their app. Julie is amazing and helped a lot, 10/10 recommend!

BLOOP works seamlessly with my Shopify shop. It allows me to create simple to use, customization drop down tabs in order for my customers to input their selected personalization options for apparel. I haven't had any issues with it. Highly recommend!
