I had some custom requests for their team to add code. I needed to add more language to the pop up to explain the program. Jena Nguyen and their dev Nguyen The Huy spent several hours in the issue did it within 24 hours. I was very appreciative of their help and quick turnaround! Jena was extremely responsive via email and did not miss a detail. Perfect to work with and highly recommend.

Update: They made updates to their app. Have to check longterm but its an awesome team. Before: Its impossible to exclude certain products. The statistics were a little off too. Its impossible to translate their widgets. Really lacking some functionality unfortunately.

I ran into some issues that I didn't know about until I fully figured out all the logic behind this app, and with the careful help of the development team, I was able to display a more reliable recommendation page on the menu bar, Jennie developer Nguyen Tien Loc in My problem was quickly resolved in my feedback, which I am very grateful for! Jennie always listens and is available whenever I need her. She worked overtime to explain and answer all my questions. Another great point when it comes to the support team is the tech guy Nguyen Tien Loc. Jennie and I both thought it would take a few hours to customize my problem but he finished it in thirty minutes, supper fast! Looks really nice and promising. Hope this app will help me attract more customers and boost sales. The customer service team is among the best I've found on Shopify apps. Really good app, very useful for us; thank you for your valuable assistance. We are delighted to have discovered this program. I would highly recommend using this plugin. Special thanks to the team; I'm excited to work with the BSS Commerce team, especially Jennie! I hope we can continue to cooperate and make the website better and better.

After figuring out all the logics behind this app, with the aids from the support and dev team, I am able to show a more reliable referral page on the menu bar with aligned branding design. I'm so glad that I found this BLOOP rewards & referrals program app, which is flexible and dedicate. The support team is super helpful, esp. Jennie and the dev team Nguyen Khac Hiep and Nguyen The Huy. They are epic in dealing with customized problems and issues, quick response, thoughtful and kind, you are the best!

I requested help to know how it works and there were many questions in my maind Jennie the support agent were really very coopareative and helpfull, she was available all times I needed assistance also she prepared a demo on how to use the program for the clients, so she saved the time of asking too many questions to md.. simply she made my life easier and hoping the program will help to increase the sale in my store. She is one of the most understanding, friendliest and fast-acting support that I encountered. I would like to thank the technical guy Nguyen The Huy. he has been checking quickly and thoroughly all my problems. this bloop app is fantastic; it is simple to use and does exactly what I require. my referral page looks fantastic and is easy to use! I've been looking for a simple referral program app that can offer rewards for both customers. I have tested several apps (also more epensive ones) but the BLOOP app is perfect for what I need it for and is very easy to customize. Also, I was well attended by a very nice support team Jena Nguyen and their devs Nguyen Van Ninh, Nguyen Khac Hiep and Pham Khanh Thien, who quickly implemented the translations I could not customize by myself. They keep me updated at every step of the process and asked for my feedback on each update they completed for me. They worked on the issue until I was completely happy with the solution, especially when it came to styling etc. Overall, I'm really happy with this app and especially the quick customer service. I know that if I run into any future issues, Jena and the dev team will be able to help me. In conclusion, the app itself is easy to understand and comes with customizable options even in the free plan. I like it a lot!

The BLOOP Rewards & Referrals app works well, and I highly recommend it. This app offers so many features that meet my needs, and you should try it even on the free plan. My recommendation is to just try and contact Gigi for assistance. She supported me in fixing compatibility issues in an absolutely perfect way. She works extremely quickly and precisely and is very helpful and patient. Together with the technicians - Khanh Thien and Viet Tung. My exceptional thanks to them. As I started the test period, I mentioned that there are a lot of details to utilize and I’ve got all answers for all questions aboutt the app immediately from Gigi. I learned quickly through the referring and pop-up. Customizing support by Gigi also means getting intensive training. I have never received such extraordinary support. In some issues, more complex technical adaptations were necessary, which were coordinated extremely quickly and competently between Gigi and the tech experts from the technical team. This worked perfectly and was delightful. So many thanks to both. I am thrilled with our BLOOP Rewards & Referrals app, which works perfectly. Highly recommend it.

I was looking for a user-friendly Referral App with a good helpdesk / support. Within Shopify, there are plenty of options to choose from. In the end, after some searching, I ended up at BLOOP. I can wholeheartedly recommend BLOOP. BLOOP is very easy to operate, offers many options and has an excellent help desk.
