Excellent referrals app. We were looking for a robust and easy to set referrals app and found BLP. Plus, it also has an affiliate section! Unlike other apps we've tested, BLP is very comprehensive and allows for lots of customizations (branding, emails, referral pages, pop ups, and more). The pop ups and referral pages blend perfectly with our branding. But for us the most important feature is the support team behind the app. By far, one of the most responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful customer service teams among Shopify app developers. Chloe has been helping us from day 1, and the whole team have gone beyond expectations to ensure we ironed out any issues we encountered during implementation. Even after an issue is resolved, they promptly follow up to check everything is running properly. We definitely recommend BLP!

Good application, support available, but no control over IP address or other to avoid fraud (self-promotion). This is essential to avoid being scammed.

I absolutely love this app! The installation process was a breeze, and it possesses all the features I could wish for, plus it's free forever! Additionally, Chloe provided top-notch support, which made the experience even more fantastic. Highly recommend this app for its functionality and superb customer service. Five stars all the way!

Quinn was super helpful in answering my questions about the platform. She was also willing to help me create a new page to sit the referral form on. She was patient and I really appreciate that. Haven’t started using the app just yet so I can’t give a 5 star. Although my experience with support was a 5star.
