I just started with Bloop, but so far it has been wonderful. I received prompt help setting up a referral page and already had 2 customers sign up. Looking forward to using this app more.

Really nice app. Not *quite* fully finished yet, but I've seen major progress made in the ~month that I've had it installed and the current version does everything I want it to. Live chat support is also wonderful and very helpful. Their documentation is good, too.

We just recently installed the app, however we used another application by BLP for a longer time. Our experience is that customer support communication is excellent, and the app quality is high. The team that develops these apps is very skillful and friendly. They will exceed your expectations.

The functionality of this app is pretty good, though there are a few kinks to iron out. For example, password reset emails don't work. But I'm pretty horrified at the customer service. After sending a message it says 'please hang tight a moment while we connect you,' but I wasn't connected to anyone and no one responded for hours. I'd reached out on WhatsApp in the mean time, which took even longer for a response. When it came it was 'we did reply on 6th March,' with a generic screenshot of a message. I replied that I hadn't even downloaded the app on 6th March so this was a lie. Then it went from bad to worse when they sent me a screenshot of an email from someone else with the same first name. Nothing to do with me or my business. The screenshot was of an email this customer had sent them, including their phone number, so a huge GDPR breach.

I'm truly impressed with the BLP Affiliate Program Referral app on Shopify! The app is completely free, yet the customer support is top-notch. Chloe from their team stayed connected with me for nearly 2 hours to ensure the entire setup was done exactly how I wanted and patiently resolved all my queries. I even signed up for their lifetime free plan with watermark removal, which was activated within seconds without any hassle and has no charges of any sort. It is free. Really appreciate the dedication from the team — and a big shoutout to Chloe for being so helpful and professional. She's definitely an asset to the developer team. Thank you, BLP, for delivering such amazing service and for making such an amazing app!

Excellent referrals app. We were looking for a robust and easy to set referrals app and found BLP. Plus, it also has an affiliate section! Unlike other apps we've tested, BLP is very comprehensive and allows for lots of customizations (branding, emails, referral pages, pop ups, and more). The pop ups and referral pages blend perfectly with our branding. But for us the most important feature is the support team behind the app. By far, one of the most responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful customer service teams among Shopify app developers. Chloe has been helping us from day 1, and the whole team have gone beyond expectations to ensure we ironed out any issues we encountered during implementation. Even after an issue is resolved, they promptly follow up to check everything is running properly. We definitely recommend BLP!
