Quinn was super helpful in answering my questions about the platform. She was also willing to help me create a new page to sit the referral form on. She was patient and I really appreciate that. Haven’t started using the app just yet so I can’t give a 5 star. Although my experience with support was a 5star.

Chloe from customer service did a wonderful job and helped me 100% and more. She took on several of my questions and solved them one by one. Such a great job. And my first two affiliates could logon strait away and get started :-)

The customer service is so helpful! The BLOOP Referral Program is so easy to set up. I do think that the email templates need tweaking to read to our tone, but the functional features of the app, smooth customer experience, and ease of use are such a high value! Jennie and everyone are wonderful to work with, answering questions easily and quickly. We had an issue with our widget not showing up with our theme, and they jumped in right away to resolve the issue! Bonus: I didn't realize that you could send emails to your customers to notify them about the referral program within the app! Secret sauce to be able to push out the referral invite to existing customers this way!
