January '25 I had some issues with the app but thankfully the team came to help me with an upgrade. They are great to work with. June '24 Now a year later... still happy and excellent customer support! Update 5 months later: The app continues to work well and the customer support is fantastic. I installed the BLOOP app a week ago and so far am happy with how it works. I had a few questions as I set it up and Jolie Nguyen was very quick to respond and even follow up. The price is good and it's exactly what my customers have been asking for.

We have been using this app for our store for more than a year, and so far, we have never had any significant issues; even if we had a problem, they helped us quickly. My last issue was a custom URL problem, and Jennie as a supporter, and the technicians Tung Phung Viet and Ninh Nguyen Van gave us fantastic support. I recommend this app to everyone who needs a referral app; they should use it before trying other apps. Thanks for the amazing support and service!

Just installed this app, the paid for version, and had a couple of questions regarding installing it. We are using the Out of the Sandbox Turbo Theme and it seems like the Pop-Up box needed tweaking to display all the fields correctly. Contacted Support and the response was lightning fast. Jolie Nguyen and the dev Nguyen Van Ninh clarified a couple of things, checked my installation and tweaked the Pop-Up. We went for the paid version as it allows a lot more branding customisation. Now it's working well, we'll see how it performs. Very good experience.

Really good customer service from Jena Nguyen! really friendly and very helpful - i am new to the app so wasn't sure if it was working, she was able to give me direction on how to test it appropriately. look forward to seeing how this app perfoms!

I've been searching for a straightforward referral program app that can provide benefits for both clients. I've tested a number of apps, some of which were more expensive, but the BLOOP app is ideal for my needs and simple to personalize. I sincerely recommend the BLOOP Rewards & Referrals app because it performs well. You should give this app a try, even on the free plan, as it has a ton of features that meet my needs. To make the app even better every day, they have also released a ton of new features. The best course of action is to simply ask Jena for help. She helped me resolve the problems in the best possible way. She is very helpful and patient, and she works very quickly and precisely. I mentioned at the beginning of the testing period that there are many details to make use of and that Jena had already provided me with all of the answers to my questions regarding the app. The rules helped me pick things up quickly. This was delightful and worked perfectly. I'm so grateful to Jena. The BLOOP Rewards & Referrals app is fantastic and runs without a hitch. I heartily endorse it.

Very responsive customer support. Jolie Nguyen really knows what she is doing. However, the app has very limited customization. But the good thing is you can request a feature or ask them to do the customization for you.

Update: They made updates to their app. Have to check longterm but its an awesome team. Before: Its impossible to exclude certain products. The statistics were a little off too. Its impossible to translate their widgets. Really lacking some functionality unfortunately.

I ran into some issues that I didn't know about until I fully figured out all the logic behind this app, and with the careful help of the development team, I was able to display a more reliable recommendation page on the menu bar, Jennie developer Nguyen Tien Loc in My problem was quickly resolved in my feedback, which I am very grateful for! Jennie always listens and is available whenever I need her. She worked overtime to explain and answer all my questions. Another great point when it comes to the support team is the tech guy Nguyen Tien Loc. Jennie and I both thought it would take a few hours to customize my problem but he finished it in thirty minutes, supper fast! Looks really nice and promising. Hope this app will help me attract more customers and boost sales. The customer service team is among the best I've found on Shopify apps. Really good app, very useful for us; thank you for your valuable assistance. We are delighted to have discovered this program. I would highly recommend using this plugin. Special thanks to the team; I'm excited to work with the BSS Commerce team, especially Jennie! I hope we can continue to cooperate and make the website better and better.

After figuring out all the logics behind this app, with the aids from the support and dev team, I am able to show a more reliable referral page on the menu bar with aligned branding design. I'm so glad that I found this BLOOP rewards & referrals program app, which is flexible and dedicate. The support team is super helpful, esp. Jennie and the dev team Nguyen Khac Hiep and Nguyen The Huy. They are epic in dealing with customized problems and issues, quick response, thoughtful and kind, you are the best!

I've been looking for a simple referral program app that can offer rewards for both customers. I have tested several apps (also more epensive ones) but the BLOOP app is perfect for what I need it for and is very easy to customize. Also, I was well attended by a very nice support team Jena Nguyen and their devs Nguyen Van Ninh, Nguyen Khac Hiep and Pham Khanh Thien, who quickly implemented the translations I could not customize by myself. They keep me updated at every step of the process and asked for my feedback on each update they completed for me. They worked on the issue until I was completely happy with the solution, especially when it came to styling etc. Overall, I'm really happy with this app and especially the quick customer service. I know that if I run into any future issues, Jena and the dev team will be able to help me. In conclusion, the app itself is easy to understand and comes with customizable options even in the free plan. I like it a lot!
