After a long search, we finally found Bloy, and we couldn’t be happier! From the very first contact, the customer support team has been incredibly helpful — quick, clear, and willing to customize certain features to perfectly fit our needs. We launched our points and VIP tiers program about a month ago, and it’s been working flawlessly ever since. The interface is intuitive both for our team and for our customers, and the integration with Shopify is seamless. A special mention goes to the customer support, which is simply outstanding: responsive, knowledgeable, and always available — even with the time zone difference. You can truly feel their dedication and care.
