TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT. The support team is not helpful at all. They make promises but fail to follow through. Overall, it has been a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend this app.

We have been working with this app for more or less the last three weeks. What left me stunned is their customer service, one of the best I've ever experienced. They are here to help you until you have found the answers to your questions and until your requests are satisfied. I've also got the possibility to get my widget customized like I wanted it. Until now I've had a very good experience with this app.

BLOY has been very easy to set up and use. The interface is clean, and it includes the loyalty features we needed for our store, such as points, rewards, VIP tiers, referrals, and birthday rewards. The support team has also been very helpful and responsive. They assisted us quickly with removing the watermark and were very friendly throughout the process. Thank you Annette It would be even better to have more flexibility for theme and interface customization in the future, but overall, BLOY is a great app and very promising. Highly recommended!
