Sto utilizzando l'app da diverso tempo e mi ritengo molto soddisfatto. L'interfaccia è intuitiva, ben organizzata e permette di trovare rapidamente tutte le funzioni necessarie senza perdere tempo. Anche per chi non è particolarmente esperto, l'utilizzo risulta semplice e immediato. Tra gli aspetti che apprezzo maggiormente c'è la facilità di gestione delle attività e la chiarezza delle informazioni, che aiutano a lavorare in modo più efficiente e ordinato. Un altro punto di forza è sicuramente il team di supporto sempre disponibile, rapido nelle risposte e competente nel risolvere eventuali dubbi o problematiche. Si percepisce attenzione verso il cliente e volontà di migliorare costantemente il servizio. Nel complesso, un'app affidabile, semplice da utilizzare e supportata da un'assistenza davvero professionale. Consigliata.

This app has it all - excellent configuration options, high customization, fast support, app works fast as well. I have no further wishes, thanks Bloy. I like the VIP tiers the most, as well as the settings and how the customer loyalty page generates everything in the right language without having to change a lot. The most work is thinking of the points program and the tiers - this is up to yourselves - but even for that they have an AI tool built in you can use (if you have order history) or you can just use sidekick. Search no more foalks - this is the one.

Amazing support built-in directly into the plugin. Annette helped me within minutes of messaging and was nice and friendly along the way! The app itself is rich with features and very customizable allowing for a lot of personalization, including but not limited to custom colour schemes as well as even changing and translating text strings. Includes all I could ask for and more, including a tiered customer VIP program and loyalty points. It even comes with a rewards task list for optimizing user retention - users can get extra points for signing up for the newsletter or visiting the store daily. Clever and well executed! There are a couple rough edges here and there -- some fields don't allow for as much customization as others, but the developers seem to take community feedback into account and keep updating their app for more use cases. Overall, very happy with the my choice and I hope to see new features added over time!

I’ve been using this plugin for a short time and overall it’s been a good experience. The “Create Loyalty Page” feature is very easy to set up and took less than a minute, which made the onboarding process really smooth. The popup design is quite simple, and customization is limited — for example, there’s no option to change the font style, which would be nice for branding. However, it still works fine and serves its purpose without issues. Support has been responsive whenever I had questions, which is definitely a plus. Overall, it’s a straightforward tool that does what it promises and is easy to get started with, especially for basic loyalty program needs.

L'app definitiva per costruire il programma loyalty sul mio e-commerce. Davvero completa di qualsiasi funzionalità, ben oltre le mie aspettative. Raccolta punti, redenzione di svariati premi, posso configurare qualsiasi aspetto del programma. Inoltre, è facile da gestire, il percorso di costruzione del tutto è molto intuitivo e 100% customizzabile. La funzionalità VIP è davvero interessante e offre una marea di possibilità. Consiglio vivamente!

I find it very useful and easy to operate; I really like this simple approach. If I had to point out areas for improvement, I'd suggest adding more customizable modules, such as allowing users to upload their own images as window backgrounds; however, it's already quite good.

I was a little skeptical at first since this app isn't as well known as others, but after trying it out, it has all the features that are advertised on more well-known apps, it's way more affordable for small businesses like mine, and the customer support is top tier. Even when there are small features that they don't have, they will have their developer implement them for us or add it to their list of customer requests to hopefully develop in the future. I think this app will soon rise to be the industry standard. I'm very happy with this app!

La mise en place du programme de fidélité s’est faite simplement, avec de nombreuses possibilités pour récompenser nos clients : attribution de points, récompenses personnalisées, parrainage et différentes actions d’engagement. L’interface est intuitive et permet de gérer facilement l’ensemble du programme sans connaissances techniques particulières. Ce qui fait vraiment la différence selon nous, c’est la qualité de l’accompagnement. Un grand merci à Chloé, qui a toujours été disponible, bienveillante et extrêmement réactive. Chaque fois que nous avions une question ou un besoin spécifique, elle a pris le temps de nous apporter des réponses claires et détaillées. Son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse ont rendu la prise en main de l’application beaucoup plus agréable et efficace. I love this app so far. I really needed a way to show my appreciation to my customers and this is perfect. I also love that there is a free option so I don't have to spend a lot extra on my business. I will say that this was important regardless if it was free or not. Emma was a huge help removing the watermark for free so I could use my own branding, also!

The UI is very easy to use, and I really feel like this app brings together the features that many people have been looking for. Everything is simple, intuitive, and well organized, so it does not take much time to understand how to use it. One of the things I appreciate the most is that I can customize the text on buttons depending on the language. This is extremely helpful, especially for stores or services that serve customers in different countries. With other apps, I often found that the button text was only available in English, which made it difficult to create a smooth experience for non-English users. This app solves that problem in a very practical way. Being able to adjust the wording by language gives me much more control over the customer experience and makes the whole store feel more professional and localized. It is a small feature at first glance, but it makes a huge difference in real use. Overall, this is a very useful and well-designed app. It feels like the developers really understand what users need, and I am happy to have found an app that finally offers this level of flexibility.
